The boat Felix is a fast Pelin aluminium catamaran and very seaworthy. Purpose built for diving or fishing on Wellington's west coast Felix is licensed for up to 5 fishermen and has a safe ship management system with a top MSA safety rating.Here are a few photos of some of the things we do, certain fish are seasonally available and I have a pretty good idea of their movements so time of year and weather/tidal conditions dictate what we fish for. I have included the tarakihi photo because we often have tarakihi and blue cod as the option but make no mistake when the conditions are right you can be getting the bigger fish and there are a few crays around. If you are not so much into serious fishing we can just go down the coast and fish, dive, snorkel even go ashore if the sea is calm, you can easily snorkel for paua in shallow water and the odd crayfish can be around for a real wild west coast experience.
